They have a plexiglass partion between the customer and the kitchen, I was able to see into the kitchen and it was very clean, nothing on the floor always a great sign. I ordered Vegetable Fried Rice and Hot and Sour soup for take-out that's the only way food is offered. The food was great plenty of fresh veggies in both the rice and soup. Thre soup had a nice sour taste but soon I could feel hot spices coming on . I was really surprised how good the food actually was, I will definitely go back. I had seen a few other reviews and wanted to mention the soy sauce, duck sauce, fortune cookies are self serve just to the left of the soda case. ”
